My Path So Far
With 7 years in the industry, and a passion for health, fitness, and helping individuals achieve their goals, I am a dedicated and experienced personal trainer ready to guide you on your fitness journey.
Over the years I've worked hard to further my education and have received several specialized training certifications including Pre/Post Natal, Mixed Marital Arts and TRX Suspension Training. Throughout my career, I've been lucky to have worked with clients from all walks of life, whether they're a complete beginner, an athlete, or individuals with specific fitness needs.
As a trainer I place an incredible amount of importance in understanding that each person is unique, I believe in a personalized approach to training, and will take the time to listen to your goals, assess your current fitness level, and design a customized training program tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, gain muscle, or enhance overall fitness, I'm going to make sure I provide the guidance and motivation needed to help you succeed.
With a focus on proper form, injury prevention, and sustainable lifestyle changes, [he/she] will ensure that you not only reach your short-term fitness goals but also develop lifelong habits for a healthier, happier you.
Beyond just the training sessions, I also believe in fostering a positive and encouraging environment. I will be your accountability partner, providing continuous support, helping you track your progress, and will make any necessary adjustments to your program to keep you motivated and on track.
I train at several gyms around Manhattan and would love to help you reach your fitness goals.
