The quarantine got to me too! Trainers aren’t above making terrible diet choices and falling off their training. But I got my life back together and lost 25lbs (229 to 204), all from my living room! You do not need a gym in order to get the results you want!

Why Do Online Training?

I used to rely way too much on the gym. 

I have been offering virtual training sessions since the pandemic hit. I'll be the first to admit that I was disappointed when gyms closed and eager to get back. And while I still miss some aspects, I quickly realized that it's still possible to achieve your goals from home: the above photo is a testament to that. 

Virtual workouts are no doubt the safest way to reap the physical and mental benefits of exercise during these uncertain times. And it's also allowed me to create a more flexible and affordable option for those who are not able to or do not feel comfortable at the gym. No equipment? No problem. Don't let that be your barrier.

I know things certainly aren't ideal right now, but you can still pursue those same fitness goals from home and I can make sure it happens!

What it includes:

Virtual training consists of all the same support as my in person options. I design a completely customized program specifically for your goals, assist with diet, macro coaching and program consistency to make sure we stay on track.

Flexible Scheduling:

During these uncertain times I’ve opened up my business to offering virtual training sessions. I can make it work whether or not you have any equipment at home. Scheduling is also a bit more flexible as I can offer sessions at 30, 45 and 60 min.
