This is an assessment that helps me get a better idea of your current level of fitness and provides us an opportunity to discuss your goals more in depth. This is also just a great chance to get to know each other to find out if we would work well together moving forward.
I build every training program from scratch and completely customize every aspect in order to align perfectly with your goals. After your assessment we sit down and figure out a training schedule that works for you, particularly one that you feel comfortable being able to stick to. The majority of my clients meet with me 2-3 times per week.
